What do you love best about your job?
I love how close I live to my job and the flexibility of my schedule.

If I have a suggestion on something that would help improve my department or the facility, I feel that I would be heard.
How would you describe your relationship with your coworkers?
I think my co-workers respect me as far as my knowledge in the lab. They seem to feel comfortable calling me if they have questions. Medical staff is friendly and helpful if there is a concern with a specimen. Doctors and P.A.s are friendly as well.

What do you love best about your job?
Knowing that doing my job the best that I can and learning to be better every day helps make a difference to everyone who comes in seeking medical treatment. Although I’m not providing the medical treatment, I help by comforting the patient from check in to check out and ensuring they are seen by the medical staff in a timely manner.
What have you found at Nason Medical Center that was missing in previous jobs?
A sense of loyalty to each other and the community – the people at Nason Medical Center truly care about one another and the treatment they provide every patient that walks in. That loyalty is what sets us apart from other walk-in medical centers.
How would you describe your relationship with your coworkers?
We all have a great professional relationship as we know we can ask each other questions and back each other up when there is any doubt or confusion. We are also able to laugh and joke with each other like friends as well.

What do you love best about your job?
I love the new experiences I get every day at Nason Medical Center. There are always new and interesting cases that I get to handle each day.
What have you found at Nason Medical Center that was missing in previous jobs?
Management that actually listens to your concerns. At jobs in the past, I felt that nothing I said got taken seriously. At Nason Medical Center if I have a problem or concern, I address it with my supervisor. I feel that my thoughts and opinions get heard and that means a lot.
How would you describe your relationship with your coworkers?
I would describe my relationship with my co-workers as all around positive. I have never had an issue with another employee. You are never going to have a perfect day, but as long as everyone does what is expected of them, it makes for a good work environment.

What do you love best about your job?
What I love best about my job is that I can make a big difference in people’s lives in a way that working at other jobs can’t. People come in thinking that I know some sort of magic and then they leave with something that will make them healthy again. It’s great when people are looking for an answer and we have the tools to give it to them.
What have you found at Nason Medical Center that was missing in previous jobs?
What I have found at Nason Medical Center that was missing in previous jobs is a sense of community and family. There was always a divide of those higher above you in the company and yourself. I can honestly say I don’t feel that way here. I feel like we all understand that we are all just different parts of the same team.
How would you describe your relationship with your coworkers?
My relationship with my co-workers is great. They are like the siblings I never had growing up. You see the same faces quite a bit and can’t help but to get along and become friends. It’s great going to work knowing that you get to spend time with your friends that whole time.
