Even though I teach infants and toddlers, I rarely catch anything from them. Friday, however, I had a stomach bug. Now, thanks to my low immunity caused by the stomach bug, I have Strep for the first time in years. I had 103.4 degrees temp when I got to Nason Medical Center at 2:45. I was shaking with the chills, and a wonderful nurse brought me some blankets that had just come out of the drye...r. They gave me IV fluids and pain meds since I had a terrible headache and hurt all over. My fever is down to 101.2 now and I feel better, though I'm off work for a couple of days to recouperate. I don't usually post things like this, but I really want to brag on Nason. They're grrrrr-eat...as Tony Tiger always said! Becky I.

My granddaughter was very ill on Sunday past and my daughter-in-law and I took her to your location on 78. There was not a moment that I did not feel as if she were given the best possible medical treatment!! They were kind, patient, caring, and treated her as if there were no other patients. Dr. Schwartzberg was the most thorough I have ever seen a physician be. He explained everything and left nothing out including what to do if her problem persisted. I wish he were my physician! Let me not forget to mention the other wonderful two involved in her care-Todd and Calisha. Dr. Nason, you are so fortunate to have such caring folks helping you with your practice. You seem to have so much humility and its nice to see that from a doctor these days. Thank you for opening your centers-they are great!!
